Returns & Exchanges

At Layalé, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help! We offer store credit or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. And don’t worry, store credit never expires!

How It Works – Simple and Easy:

  1. Reach Out to Us
    Email us at info@layale.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and let us know if you’d prefer an exchange or store credit.
  2. Exchanges Made Easy
    If you’d like to exchange your item, please provide the style, size, and color you want for the new item, and we’ll take care of the rest.
  3. We’ll Send You a Return Label
    We’ll send you a return shipping label for domestic orders (for international orders, unfortunately, we do not accept returns). You must postmark your return within 5 days of receiving the return label.
  4. Condition Matters
    Your return item must be unused, unworn, and with tags attached. We want it to be in perfect condition, just like when you received it.
  5. Please Ship Back Within 7 Days
    After receiving your return label, carefully package your item and ship it back to us within 7 business days. If it’s not sent within this timeframe, a restocking fee may be deducted from your store credit.
  6. What About Sale Items?
    All sale items are final and unfortunately, they’re not eligible for exchanges or store credit.
  7. Refunds?
    Store credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchase (minus any discounts or promotions). Store credit cannot be exchanged for a refund.

Once Your Return is Received:

Processing Time: We’ll process your return within 2-4 business days. Once processed, you’ll receive an email with your store credit number, which you can use for future purchases, or for exchanges, we’ll notify you when your new order ships.

A Quick Heads-Up:

If we find that the item has been worn, altered, or damaged (without prior notification), we won’t be able to accept the return, and the item will be sent back to you.

Return Shipping Costs:

For domestic orders, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping with the label we provide.
For international orders, we do not accept returns, and all sales are final.
