After your payment is verified, orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days for in stock items, and 3 - 7 business days for out of stock items. Shipping and processing times vary based on the destination and origin. Layalé is not responsible for any delays after your item have been shipped.

The average shipping takes from 6 - 13 business days on US & Canada orders, worldwide shipping averages between 7 - 23 days.

We offer pre-order items that are made-to-order and have an estimated shipping window of 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times can vary between 5 to 6.5 weeks, depending on production and shipping logistics. You will receive a notification once your order is shipped.
Shipping Cost
We offer FREE shipping on Canada and US orders. International shipping costs $29.99
Customs fees can apply. We do not enforce these fees so are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs will result in parcel being sent back to us in which the sipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Contact your post office or local government for more information on customs fees.
Please note all International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
